Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Der Artikel app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by yapps Studio ("Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

Data Deletion and Account Management

The Application does not maintain user accounts that require a password. However, we associate purchase and diagnostic data with an internal identifier. Users have the following options regarding their data:

• Local Data: All local learning progress and statistics can be deleted at any time through Settings > Reset Progress.
• Remote Data Deletion: To request deletion of data associated with your internal identifier (such as purchase history), please use the Contact Us button in the Application's settings or email yarm.apps@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• Subscriptions: Deleting data or uninstalling the app does not cancel active subscriptions. Subscriptions must be managed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store settings.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Firebase
• RevenueCat
• PostHog

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Contact yarm.apps@gmail.com for specific deletion requests.
